Your Membership Account

If you use this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you join this Site, you are stating that you are 13 years of age or older. Self Health Network and its associates reserve the right to remove or edit content, refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Unused membership plans do not carry over from one billing cycle to the next.

Members sponsored by a third party (i.e. health plan or employer) are subject to the terms and conditions of the sponsor's contract.

Payment

Self Health Network accepts e-Checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Your credit card will be charged immediately upon activation of any membership plan. Thereafter, your credit card will be automatically charged on the first day of your upcoming membership period based on your membership activation date.

Cancellation of Membership

Cancellation of membership to the Site must be made on the Billing Details page. Membership fees for current or prior services are non-refundable. Cancellation is effective for the next scheduled billing cycle. You will maintain full access to the Site and its resources through the end of the active membership period.

Questions, Comments, Suggestions and Other Content

Subscribed members may participate in populating health records and interactive learning activities on the Site. User responses, journals, and other interactive learning activity results may be stored on the user's Member Dashboard. This information is private and Self Health Network will not share it with other members or third parties without your prior consent. Stored interactive learning activity results may be accessed only by use of a unique login name and password. For security reasons, you must keep your login name and password confidential and not disclose them to any person or permit any other person to use them, except an authorized Self Health Network representative. You are solely responsible and liable for any use and misuse of your login name and password and for all activities that occur under your login name and password.

Subscribed members may ELECT to participate in Share My Answer activities within Life Skills Workshops on the Site. Learning activity results from members who ELECT to participate in Share My Answer activities may be displayed for other subscribed users to view. Share Your Answer results will not be displayed with personal member information. HOWEVER, MEMBERS WHO ELECT TO PARTICIPATE IN SHARE YOUR ANSWER ACTIVITIES SHOULD NOT INCLUDE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION IN THEIR ANSWER, as Self Health Network does not guarantee any privacy on personal information included in the answer.

Self Health Network welcomes feedback regarding user experience and Site content that will help satisfy customer needs, inform, and educate customers and potential customers. Members may provide unsolicited feedback regarding Self Health Network content and/or user experience, and feedback may also be solicited on the Site in areas marked Member Feedback. Any unsolicited or solicited Member Feedback you provide shall be considered non confidential and non proprietary and you guarantee it will not violate any law or the rights of any person or entity. You agree Self Health Network may, without restriction or responsibility to you, use, distribute, display and create derivative works from the feedback, in any and all media, in any manner, in whole or in part, without any restriction or responsibilities to you, royalty free.

Risk of Loss and Shipping

All items purchased from Self Health Network are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. There are no refunds on any downloaded products or materials. This includes audio, video, MP3, white paper, and any online training or educational programs. No refunds or returns on shipped items. No shipping & handling refunds.
